Mr. Prakash Baviskar has started his professional career since year 25 by joining BMC / NMMC as an employee. But destiny had some other plans for this visionary. He understood the need of an hour at that time and that is need of Housing and that too more precisely Affordable Housing. As per his views, affordability for owning a house differs from person to person. This thought made him enter the Real Estate sector. In the beginning, he faced many hurdles to start his own project, but the man who will step back because of problems is not Mr. Prakash Baviskar.
